How does HydrotopWorks obtain your personal data?
HydrotopWorks holds data about you because you have provided data to us, and because HydrotopWorks has obtained data from other parties. Those other parties are: Distributor - Architect - Contractor - Project supervisor - Installer .
What are your rights?
Under the European General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights regarding your data and its processing:
Inspection
You can always view and, if necessary, change your own (personal) data in your account. If you want to see the personal data that is stored about you at HydrotopWorks, you can submit a request for inspection.
Changing
If you want to make changes to the personal data you have seen as a result of a request for inspection and which you cannot change yourself in your account, you can submit a request to that effect to HydrotopWorks. You can request that HydrotopWorks amend, correct, supplement, delete or block your data.
Restriction of processing
You also have the right, subject to conditions, to request HydrotopWorks to restrict the processing of your personal data.
Right of objection
If certain processing is carried out on the basis of the "legitimate interest" of HydrotopWorks or a third party, you have the right to object to that processing.
Data transfer
You have the right to obtain your personal data from HydrotopWorks. HydrotopWorks will provide it in a structured and common form that can be easily opened in other common digital systems. This way you can also transfer your data to another provider.
Withdrawing consent
In all cases in which the basis for a certain data processing is your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent. This has no consequences for the past, but does mean that we may no longer process that data. As a result, HydrotopWorks may no longer be able to provide you with certain services.
Reaction by HydrotopWorks
A request can be sent toinfo@hydrotopworks.nl. HydrotopWorks will fulfill your request as soon as possible and in any event no later than one (1) month after HydrotopWorks receives such request. If HydrotopWorks rejects your request, we will indicate in our reply why the request is rejected.
Recipients of personal data.
Data may be passed on to:
- Parties involved in the performance or fulfillment of an agreement between you and HydrotopWorks.
HydrotopWorks may be obliged to provide your data to a third party, for example on the basis of a legal obligation.
What are cookies and how does HydrotopWorks use them?
