New construction homes in Twello

44 houses in Twello have been equipped with a HydroTop prefab indak heat pump solution. Meanwhile, the first homes have already been occupied and residents are enjoying the beautiful end result. This sustainable HydroTop project in Twello was realized in cooperation with Nikkels bouwbedrijf, Loohuis Installatietechnieken and Almelo BV.

The combination is installed in the attic through an opening in the roof and is similar to a skylight. The part/component that gains energy from the outside air protrudes approximately 15 centimeters above the roof covering. If desired, the cover cap can be sprayed in a color so that it almost completely disappears against the substrate. This then results in a more attractive appearance.

Customized!

The big advantage of a HydroTop heat pump is that you can install it on just about any sloped roof. The HydroTop takes up little space and can be seamlessly integrated into the roof of the house.

The heat pump draws energy from the outside air. The outdoor unit is built-in and the indoor unit is placed as close as possible to the HydroTop.
