Sustainable new construction:
De Langelaar Veenendaal
Innovative solution with HydroTop
On De Grift in the west of Veenendaal, just 2 kilometers from the bustling city center, project De Langelaar was developed. The former elementary school made way for 17 modern homes situated around a cozy courtyard. Nearby you will find several sports clubs, supermarkets, a swimming pool, a train station and several schools.

17 HydroCaps
The former elementary school has made way for the new construction of 17 modern homes. The homes are divided into a row of 8 and 9 homes. The spacious homes with sleek architecture are all equipped with many sustainable applications and a flexible layout. We installed 17 Hydrocaps on behalf of Dekker installations. They provided the complete installation of our Panasonic heat pumps. The development of this project is in the hands of De Bunte Vastgoed. The construction is realized by the Kelderman group.
The spacious homes with sleek architecture are equipped with many sustainable applications, such as natural gasless, pv panels, balanced ventilation, heat pump, underfloor heating and high-quality insulation. The architecture is defined by sleek facades in warm orange brick with recessed pointing and a roof with ceramic tiles and concealed gutters. The brickwork is refined with rolling horizontal bands. The front doors and wood panels are accented in the façade composition with their reddish-brown color. The homes on Bomas will feature a wooden porch overlooking the Grift
Verandahoningen Veenendaal
The courtyard of The Langelaar provides space for parking, but the homes also have on-site parking. Each home also has on-site parking at the rear. There will be a car-free zone both in front of and next to the homes.
The Verandawoningen have a beautiful view over the water and to be able to enjoy this to the fullest, a car-free zone has been created both in front and next to the houses. The characteristic veranda provides a unique extra outdoor space. The homes on the Langelaar street side also experience the pleasure of the car-free zone next to the residential block.
